From the Island: Mama Helen photographed last night at home on the beach.

She loves her Children & Grandchildren....and she's been running a fever this week and not feeling well, so yesterday I went & got her some medicines from the local Pharmacy with Coca Cola Steve, as Mothers are never allowed to take a 'sick day' off, especially with a large Family.

I'm trying to keep the Family in 20kg's of Rice per week, and so far so good.
