explosion at Philippine House of Representatives
CNN has said AP is reporting just a few minutes ago, an explosion has occurred at the Philippine House of Representatives, in Quezon City.

"...(Updated 9:15 p.m.) A loud explosion occurred at the south wing lobby of the Batasan Pambansa in Quezon City, radio dzBB reported about 8:15 p.m. Tuesday. The report said at least one died and several others were hurt in the incident, including at least two House lawmakers."
Jim Clancey is reporting on CNN's International Hour TV broadcast (from Hong Kong/12 midnight local time) that 2 people are dead from the blast, and he interviewed via phone a PNP/Philippine National Police Chief who said it seemed to be an IED that they believe targeted a Philippine Congressman who had also been targeted in the past.
