Climate change will increase dengue cases in Philippines

Climate change
will cause an increase in dengue fever and other infectious diseases in
the Philippines, a World Health Organization (WHO) official warned

The poor seem to get hit the hardest with disease in general, and can least afford to pay for medicines and Doctor's care, etc.
