I've got food poisoning this week...
I'm down for the count for the next few days - ate a burger on Sunday and within 30 minutes began getting intense cramping, and everything that goes with it.
Bantayan Island, Philippines: February 1, 2007 - from my last bout w/food poisoning, in my Doctor's Office.
No fever & cold sweats this time though, and I'm taking that as a good sign.
I'm waiting until later today to see if I feel strong enough to go into Bantayan Town to see my doctor for an anti-spasmatic (sp)
9:52pm update: didn't go to the Doctor, couldn't make the 20 minute ride to Bantayan Town - I'll send someone tomorrow up there to see if he'll give them a prescription for me and fill it right on the spot.
Drinking fluids all day with no problems, no vomiting.
Henrik from Sweden told me yesterday typhoon2000.com is reporting some sort of Typhoon heading this way by May 9 or 10 and if that happens, it'll be the first one of this year here in the Visayas.
